Posted as a premiere with a 42 day wait
‘Premieres May 4, 2022’
Thumbnail was originally some black eyed susan flowers
Image on the card for MEDICINEDOWN
Originally had no description
Then a description was added 'but we are human beings and mercifully, human beings can forget' (the last line from 'Elephants Can Remember', the last novel by Agatha Christie.)
Later, the thumbnail changed to a picture of a crescent moon or eclipse and the description changed to ‘there's a number, you can call the pay phone, let it ring a long time’. This is from the song ‘The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonite’ by REM.

One user posted in the comments wondering if they had missed any other changes, to which Ricky responded ‘It's all the same to me in the puzzle’
This is a quote from the end of White Pepper Ice Cream by Cibo Matto, which mentions an eclipse
The title, when searched brings up this page https://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/SEsaros/SEsaros145.html
The title is an id code in one of the tables for a solar eclipse occurring in 1837

https://eclipse.gsfc.nasa.gov/5MCSEmap/1801-1900/1837-05-04.gif (visualization of the eclipse)
The cycle of this eclipse is the same as the 2017 eclipse
This eclipse was on may 4th 1837. This video was released on May 4th.

Video breakdown:

Shot of black eyed susan flowers (image on MEDICINEDOWN card)
Voice saying ‘one, two, three’ along with some static-y audio
Its from ‘Runners Dial Zero’ by Beck
Cibo Matto’s cover of ‘Black Hole Sun’ starts to play and we cut to a blurry shot of a solar eclipse
The image is stretched in post for a few frames around 0:10
The eclipse is very out of focus and looks more like a diamond
As the video goes on it comes into focus more
With the song and eclipse over, we cut to a shot of a gold coin with a sliver of light above it, as if it is being compared to the shadow eclipsing the sun
Its dated 1838, and appears to be a 5$ golden half eagle coin
This type of coin was one of the few minted at the Dahlonega, GA mint
All of this is an allusion to the alchemical process of putrefaction, which in alchemy is symbolized by an eclipse or ‘black sun’. It essentially means to do the reverse of refining, and when done on lead, the most impure metal, would cause it to become gold, the most pure metal. Essentially like moving from 360 degrees to one degree on a circle.
Thus the eclipse leaving behind a gold coin represents putrefaction turning lead to gold
Relevance of MEDICINEDOWN allusion at the start, basically making it the lead in this situation? It is arguably the most impure of the locations as it has some of the worst history behind it + its a grave
Cut to a new shot. A red painted key with ‘rosa’ written on it lays on a 3 of diamonds card (MEDICINCEDOWN)
The card is literally ‘sub rosa’ (meaning secret)
Page 69, which gives 2 other key locations, says ‘secret’ in Cherokee, so this presumably gives us the key of diamonds (MEDICINE DOWN)
The key points at roughly 133 degrees
From medicinedown, a line of 133 degrees points roughly at the Georgia Guidestones or any location in Augusta, GA
Above it is a hunting knife, pointing right
Whenever a card appears in the videos, there is always an object placed above it horizontally that can be interpreted as pointing in a direction
Between this and the previous shot the coin lingers for a moment while fading out, right over the card.
