+With several strong hints from Ricky Macchristen the Zebulon playing card code has been solved. The playing cards shown in the video map to the codewords on crossfiregambit.com. This produces the cipher text

+Solving that cipher text as a Vigenere Cipher with the keyword HFEWLBKXHZOOPPEKNMMLMXYXAKCEIRFAOUTUOGNXTZCKDDTALULA (which are the cipher texts on page 515 and 636 combined) produces the phrase:
