 The caption for the ROSA tweet is from a song by a band called Jupiter Coyote, the song is Rose Hill, which is the name of a cemetery in Macon, GA where the Allman Brothers used to hang out and most of the band is buried, as well as Elizabeth Reed, whom they wrote a song about.
